A Precise and Artisanal Creation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To craft this ros\u00e9 champagne, our Cellar Master produces a ros\u00e9 de mac\u00e9ration<\/strong> using Pinot Noir from Les Riceys<\/strong>, chosen for their rich and fruity aromas. This ros\u00e9 de saign\u00e9e<\/strong> is obtained by briefly macerating the black grape skins with their juice. This natural extraction of color and aromas gives the wine a more intense hue and vibrant red fruit flavors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The blend is then enhanced with Chardonnay<\/strong>, the emblematic grape of our House, bringing freshness and vivacity. The final composition of this cuv\u00e9e is 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, 30% reserve wines<\/strong> are incorporated, ensuring consistency and aromatic complexity in this non-vintage champagne. After a minimum aging period of three years in our Reims cellars, the cuv\u00e9e reveals its full depth and generosity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
